      Great company, Great benefits, Good paid time off, Great co-workers

      Inconvénients

      They promote within based on 90% knowledge and not based on Leadership and Management skills therefore a lot of management have no previous experience in Leadership skills and in tern causes other issues.

      Avantages

      Compensation is decent, benefits are okay. A lot more coverage for medication and mental health.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership (PM, DM, SPM) are ineffective leaders. They don't know how to lead teams and barely understand what technology is available to utilize.

      They have gone downhill. Used to be a great company to work for. Now everything is about money, you have to be popular to move up, and leaders are barely present for their people. My one on one has been rescheduled multiple times. I do not really mind, as I know that nothing I say will matter anyways. They expect high performance, but keep making cuts. They say this year is about performance but won’t invest in their staff. The senior team thinks that they are celebrity’s going “on tour” and running meetings like people should be excited about it, while they are left with the every day operations. Raises are not even keeping up with inflation. If you want growth, steer clear.
