Upon my arrival the newly appointed Manager put in his resignation and several mechanics threatened to leave. I did my research and they have a terrible turnover rate. I've never even been around a facility so unorganized and I organized companies for a living. Poor management of supplies and materials. Terrible communication between management and workers. Senior in my department was stealing my work and reporting to management that I didn't complete any assignments.(He kept a journal of all his work and he included mine). I did not have the proper tools to complete my work.(the facility had 1 Phillips screw driver in my department.(I'm serious, the others were damaged or broken) The facility needs updating( not sure how they pass inspection). Employees donor respect the executives. Managers are constantly stressed because they don't have what they need on a daily basis to succeed.
