In general, our process includes an annual review of market salary data in order to ensure our people are being paid fairly and we are in line with the market for tech companies in our region and of similar size.       - L'entreprise prend soin de ses employés. Ils ont une grande culture et le lieu de travail est très innovant. - L'entreprise grandit d'année en année. - L'équipe de direction est formidable et est toujours ouverte à la discussion. - Les gens ici sont très serviables et la communication entre les équipes est excellente. - Le travail-vie est respecté ici.

      Inconvénients

      Personne n'est parfait mais de chez moi je ne vois aucun inconvénient. Très heureux dans mon travail.
