      Avantages

      This was a good summer job. Hourly pay at the time was decent. The majority of coworkers at this job were also college-aged.

      Inconvénients

      The schedule was done by hand and would be released in a paper format every week. If only management had utilized an online system, then coworkers would be able to easily switch shifts.

      I enjoyed working here a lot.

      It tended to be stressful at times due to the demanding nature of guests.

      Avantages

      Allows the employee to meet and network with successful business owners, lawyers, and doctors. Good pay relative to other service jobs. Non-stressful work environment

      Inconvénients

      Not a lot of opportunity for promotion or salary raise. Communication between multiple managers and staff is sometimes lacking. Hours are not always guaranteed week-to-week.
