      Management is very understanding and helpful. They don't hesitate to become involved when an employee needs help. They care about your work/life balance despite being a big retail corporation.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is hard to live on while working part time.

      Avantages

      None really. Good if you're a high school student looking for part time work.

      Inconvénients

      Most of management have no idea what they are doing. Promotions are based on who you know, not qualifications. Review system is flawed; according to management, no one gets higher that a 4 out of 5 on any section (which in turn lowers your ability to get a raise). Employees are treated poorly.
