      Avantages

      Good opportunities for IT, marketing and creative professionals. Everyone else are not so lucky. The type of business is demanding and can be rewarding if you are willing to live in the office.

      Inconvénients

      You will work every weekend, holiday, night, unless you are jewish. Managers will call you or email you at anytime of night, weekends and holidays. No respect for personal time at all. You have to be available 24/7.

      Avantages

      The site is tech savvy, and coworkers are sweet, helpful and dedicated. Site has nice assortment at sometimes competitive prices.

      Inconvénients

      Zero work life balance, upper management overspends on the wrong categories and over hires. Flash business model is antiquated and obsolete. Company doesn't care about its customers and is a heartbeat away from bankruptcy.
