They really care about their people and want to make sure we are happy. They promote a work/life balance by being flexible, especially with what's going on in the world.

Working at Berry Insurance with all of the opportunities that are provided to their employees has really helped me advance my career. If you are looking for a career somewhere that you can grow and be treated as a valued member of the company this is the place for you. The key people have over a decade of experience here and make it a great work environment. The only individuals I have not seen flourish here either aren’t able to provide our clients the level of service and professionalism they deserve and/or always seem to be hopping from one spot to the next.
