      Avantages

      Berq has been one of my favourite places to work. The company values collaboration, provides a lot of autonomy and endless opportunities to learn. It’s been refreshing working for an employer that encourages its employees to make decisions independently. BerQ fosters a very independent culture, that puts a lot of trust in its employees to complete their tasks without micromanagement. Generous work from home flexibility. Flexible with working hours, work life balance and maternity leave benefits. Lots of opportunities to grow and learn from some very experienced people in the industry.

      Inconvénients

      Not a typical 9-5 job, but the value of the work you do here is indispensable.
