      Avantages

      Global reach, yet still manages to be human locally. They have a national (USA was my direct experience) sales team/agent network that they stay close with.

      Inconvénients

      As in many large corporate bodies - things move slower, and sometimes communication is missed. Sometimes it is purposely warped. Need fresh blood to vitalize

      Great company to learn skills, very diverse culture and a family setting.

      Inconvénients

      There aren't any cons to the company. But you will definitely have to earn your keep.
