      Avantages

      friendly coworkers and most mid level managers are helpful and nice

      Inconvénients

      low pay and raises, when the company (beluce) was bought the workload tripled with no new hires or pay increase, some managers will kiss up to senior management or micromanage your work to make themselves look useful

      Avantages

      Global reach, yet still manages to be human locally. They have a national (USA was my direct experience) sales team/agent network that they stay close with.

      Inconvénients

      As in many large corporate bodies - things move slower, and sometimes communication is missed. Sometimes it is purposely warped. Need fresh blood to vitalize
