      Avantages

      The work culture at Becrypt is very positive and supportive. Hybrid working allows the team to maintain a good work-life balance. There is a strong collaborative atmosphere and the professionalism and capability of the team is impressive. I have found that the friendly environment has made working enjoyable. The benefits are good, such as quarterly socials and private medical, subsidised gym membership and health cash back plan.

      Avantages

      Becrypt is a relaxed but professional environment. All staff are mature and work hard yet very personable and will always find the time for you, whether it's for a chat or for some help. The company is market-leading and is at the forefront of tech, the customer base is also very exciting. Staff aren't micromanaged, work-life balance is spot on. Company benefits are great.

      Inconvénients

      Commission can be hit and miss - the company smashes targets year-on-year but this isn't shown as expected in the commission. Being a small company still there are staff who are working in multiple roles, from a new starter's perspective it can be confusing to identify who does what and what job roles belong to who. Would like to see more salary sacrifice schemes. Being a small company career path is limited, however I expect if the company continues on its upwards path more roles will open up that staff can progress towards.
