Avantages

The office, though small, has a warm, family-like atmosphere that makes every day enjoyable. Fast growing, but the flat hierarchies foster an open and collaborative environment, where everyone’s voice is heard and valued. From the moment I joined, I was entrusted with significant responsibilities, a testament to the company’s forward-thinking approach and its faith in its employees. The hierarchies here work for us, not against us, creating a supportive framework that encourages growth and learning. The staff is diverse in nationalities, bringing together a multitude of cultures and perspectives. This international environment not only enhances our work but also makes our daily interactions more interesting. In conclusion, this company offers a unique blend of a homely yet professional environment, a supportive hierarchy, and a multicultural staff.

Inconvénients

Despite its strengths, the company could improve in certain areas. The diversity in nationality is commendable, but there's a noticeable gender imbalance that needs addressing. The lack of formal structures can sometimes be a hindrance, and the onboarding process often feels too ad-hoc and could benefit from more formalization.

Avantages

Good pay, good location, other employees are good to work with.

Inconvénients

This organization is deeply mismanaged. The four U.S. partners are consistently at odds with one another and unable to collaborate, often dragging employees into their conflicts. The lead U.S. partner regularly makes inappropriate, sexist remarks, despite being a father to daughters, creating a hostile environment. Employees are encouraged to report issues to HR, but concerns are routinely dismissed, and no meaningful action is taken. Speaking up only puts a target on your back, several employees who voiced concerns were included in subsequent rounds of layoffs. The global leadership team is fully aware of the ongoing dysfunction, especially at the partner level, yet chooses to ignore it in favor of their own career advancement. This lack of accountability at every level makes for an incredibly toxic and demoralizing workplace.
