Avantages
BearingPoint Dublin is a nice size with about 200 people. The company has about 3,500 employees across Europe, but the Dublin office still has the feeling of a small company where everybody knows everybody. There’s a really great culture in the place. The people you work with are absolutely amazing and there's a real sense of everyone supporting each other. The work is challenging and there is a wide range of technologies in use which gives enormous opportunities to develop new skills. It’s a place where if you have an interest in trying something new you’ll get the opportunity and the support you need. They recognise good performers and rewards are pretty decent. If you work hard and get results you will progress quickly both in terms of salary and responsibility. They invest a lot of time and energy in developing all the staff through training and a strong focus on personal feedback and support. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in BearingPoint. I have personally grown enormously through the experience and I would highly recommend them.
Inconvénients
There are times when the hours can be long which can impact work-life balance for periods of time. In fairness, they do recognise when people are putting in the extra hours and they actively manage the situation.
