      Avantages

      Good pay, solid pipeline, most people are decent or great

      Inconvénients

      very corporate mentality, the office is nice but walking into and around it feels very empty, they take care of their people but expect 3 yr minimum at any level before advancement (ie, PE I 3 years, PE II 3 years, PE III 3 years, APM 3 years, then maybe PM)

      Avantages

      My favorite place to work. Felt like a family. Didn’t ever feel micromanaged. Felt very empowered.

      Inconvénients

      The only cons I can give are those that you get with smaller companies - not a lot of room for growth and pay wasn’t the best.
