      Bullying is tolerated and sometimes encouraged. A lot of competition. Zero flexibility. Benefits are a joke.

      Avantages

      I have loved interning at BPS. Because the team is small I have gotten the opportunity to work on a variety of different projects, more so than I would have at a large company. And my work is acknowledged by my supervisors.

      Inconvénients

      Working remotely due to COVID-19 can be difficult but it is unfortunately unavoidable.
