At least once a month, Nicole makes homemade banana bread or brownies in our kitchen. There are so many opportunities to grow here. New ideas are well received. The executives have an open-door policy. It's a casual, yet professional environment, and our vision as a company is to protect players and all who play.

I'm expected to take the occasional early-morning or evening meeting, but that's because my role is global and we are a global company; it comes with the territory. Our office could use a refresh, and I wish we had an outdoor patio where I could eat lunch or take a break.

Great company culture, I feel like my Sr. Managers actually care about me and my well-being. Time-off is always respected, I've never been pressured to shorten trips, etc.

Working at an international company can often mean your job is not 9-5, sometimes there are 9:00 PM meetings, but it is just a part of a job.
