Dear reviewer -this is very disappointing to know your time at BMJ was one of dissatisfaction with the Management and Culture. Due to the anonymity of these reviews it is difficult to respond in any other way than to say we are sorry that your time at BMJ was not a positive one. I am unaware of the circumstances that lead to you leaving us but hope that you were able to get support through our various confidential and safe employee engagement or assistance professionals in the absence of you feeling like you could talk to your manager or another colleague.
