Inconvénients

While this is a great company, the Customer Care unit at the Charlotte location is a toxic environment. People are regularly on medical-leave for stress-induced issues. Employees are overworked and not paid overtime!(CCR is hourly/non-exempt). CCR's are stressed into putting in extra hours and are not compensated. There is no management support. I would not let anyone whose well-being I care about work in that department. Everyone in that group is miserable.

Great benefits, working flexibility with hybrid schedule

Inconvénients

Lack clear vision, great vacation policy but 0 coverage if you were out so could never be fully offline
