      Very great structured program for new grads to try out different areas of the business, learn the culture, move to diverse working locations, and network through the company.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes feels like being treated as an intern. Uncertainty of employment at end of program.

      Great work environment, great pay, inclusive culture, lots of growth opportunities and mentorship, and the University Recruitment Team was incredible

      Inconvénients

      Onboarding was difficult in some cases as communications between various departments wasn't always streamlined, but overall, not bad
