      I've learned a ton about commercial lending. They took a chance on me with no experience.

      Inconvénients

      We are pretty industry specific. But this year we are finally making some real strides to other more lucrative markets.

      Avantages

      Every day is different Work is challenging, but rewarding Management is easy to speak to and cares about employees After hours is truly after hours, great work-life balance

      Inconvénients

      Training is tough - lots to learn in a very short period of time Bonus structure is low compared to similar companies (this is on purpose, to keep employee focus on quality not quantity)
