      Avantages

      Wandering WiFi is the latest start-up owned by Manhattan Associates and Air-Watch founder/chairman Alan Dabbiere. As with all start up’s, every day there is a new project, a new challenge, and a new opportunity. Time in the office fly’s by in the blink of an eye: constantly collaborating with coworkers and striving to make solid plans for company growth. Definitely a place for multitaskers, and self-motivated individuals. If you are looking for a laid back desk job, this isn’t the place for you, but if you want to work hard and make an impact every day: you will love it here!

      Avantages

      Fast paced technology company. Growing, changing, evolving. Break room has lots of toys (pool table, Foosball, ping pong, play-station and WII) to help with stress and the location is unique with the retro-industrial look. People are friendly and helpful in all departments. Call center mgmt is fair and loves to have fun with the group. Managers genuinely care about their employees and it shows. Call volume can be busy at times but that is normal in call centers and keeps the day challenging.

      Inconvénients

      Currently going through internal growth changes - changes cause stress and a feeling of uncertainty at times especially when communication is slow/lacking. Splitting the call center into smaller groups was a great idea but the NOC needs more people. Some data bases need updating and performance updates to help us to be more productive.
