      Good Work Life Balance, Mid Salary, Approachable Management, Good Working environment, Medium Work load

      Inconvénients

      Near to Singapore (will always looks bad in term of salary),high manpower turnover to Singapore, Slow decision from top management, 1 middle manager is too powerful and dominant even against owner and uneven salary between staffs

      Avantages

      Excellent working environment, good opportunities to travel, competitive salary, great boss, challenging problems that were interesting to work on.

      Inconvénients

      If not on the road doing service work there was not much to do. Have to work in paper mills.
