Avantages
The products are related to a very interesting market. I was able to learn about production and supplier/vendor management and the different sales processes.
Inconvénients
Not only is the work environment less than pleasant due to the family owned aspect but the leadership is sub par. The owner and his son run and operate the business in a very awkward way for all employees. I was pulled into very uncomfortable meetings multiple times during my employment and asked to keep the conversation confidential. Most of the conversations revolved around personal concerns with other employees and nothing work related. The father and son would be upset at each other at times and take it out on the employees and vent to them as well. Very Very Very awkward work environment. Additionally, the financial situation is extremely poor. While employed I witnessed terrible spending habits, multiple past due bills, trash service discontinued due to past due account and the list goes on. One time I was approached and told that my entire payroll couldn't be processed due to cash flow issues. I was also expected to do a job that was nearly impossible because the funds were never available. I was mislead on many different levels and lost my trust in my employer. That is when I knew I had to write this review. The decision to work for AutoExec negatively impacted my family and I wish I would have had an honest review to read. Please be careful when being offered a position at AutoExec.
