Different expectations for different people Rotas are often sent out less than a week before they start Most of upper management are very negative constant criticism sent out to everyone instead of speaking to the specific people who are the problem

Managers can be quite supportive and flexible if you have personal problems.

Some people get away with murder and barely work. This means others work harder for the same pay. There are definitely favourites and a clique. Low paid and no incentives for those who work harder. Rota only given 2 days ahead and only 4 weeks so you can never plan ahead. 24 hours means no time off for Christmas or New years or Bank Holidays. Very high staff turnover so hard to make a good team atmosphere and make friends. Working from home now means no office privileges. Very little room for progression.
