      - Amazing teammates and managers - Great culture - Good PTO and Benefits package

      Inconvénients

      Salary is not up to par with industry standards and promotions are scarce. A great place to start your career but will most likely end up needing to leave because relying on culture is not enough to retain top talent in the current state of the economy.

      Long contracts with companies when they are able to find them

      Inconvénients

      Too many changes when it comes to talent reps. Be careful or you’ll get stuck with a rep who doesn’t reach out to you and forgets that you exist.
