Thank you for the comments and yes, always feel free (and I'm glad you do) to email, come over, or reach out with questions, comments, or concerns. Live feedback with context, pointing out of improvements that need to happen with ideas on what we should do, questions of all sorts, or just general conversation to make a stronger connection... I'm up for it all.
2018 was a year focused on some pretty big internal improvements (core network upgrade/SDN, storage/vCenter consolidations, ticketing/portal, etc.)... 2019 will be focused on teams/culture and strategic projects that have tangible customer impacts. Enhanced training on tools, consolidation of tools, etc. is within the road map this year. I'm pretty excited with the impacts we'll make this year. Thank you again.
