      Free Lunch/ Food Cash in hand bonus

      Inconvénients

      Almost being forced to not take your lunch so you could work all day without a break - they think offering you a free lunch is enough. If you don't accept they make your life hard. They treat staff like they are children, no trust, micro management and bullying to get what they want MD and his family will turn on you at any given moment, shouting at you infront of co-workers. They have their favourites and make it well known No career opportunities unless MD has a bright idea and wants you to help him with something When resigning no management spoke to me, was ignored for two weeks and made to feel uncomfortable

      Avantages

      Friendly Staff and Management. Great advancement opportunities if you are willing to put the effort in your efforts will be rewarded. Everyday is different and provides fresh challenges and problems to solve. Excellent facilities and nice environment to work in. Good Working Hours and free parking onsite. Brews and Biscuits provided in the staff kitchen.

      Inconvénients

      No real cons to speak of. Some days can be high pressure and intense but that is what is expected when providing the services we offer and the clients that we have to deal with.
