      Avantages

      Good pay. Nicely organised summer and Christmas events. Staff are nice.

      Inconvénients

      Old processes - chaotic. Heavy workload. Tone from top not great - unclear values. Dull environment for a small company. Not much is done about mental health and wellbeing esp given workload. Not much opportunity for career progression - would take years to move up.

      None, we work for compensation. Very much in the ball park with the rest of the street.
