      Avantages

      - Competitive Salary. - Telecommute twice a week regularly, more if needed. - Decent PTO offerings. - Reimbursement of spending on personal sales and technical certifications. - Ability to work independently, without direct supervision.

      Inconvénients

      - Misguided, untrained management. - Purposefully unattainable sales budgets and performance metrics. - Lack of unification between sales teams. - Management will not listen to or employ ideas form staff, even if they are worthwhile. - No upwards movement or career advancement available. - No training program. - Lack of confidentiality within Human Resources.

      Thank you for sharing a review about your experience(s) at Arrow in 2010 - we especially appreciate your insights with regards to listening to and investing in our workforce. Right now, we are reviewing the job profiles we have within our current workforce. The next step we intend to take is to encourage managers to foster conversations with their employees about moving either upward or laterally.       Avantages

      I had a very positive experience interning at Arrow Electronics. The management team was supportive and approachable, and communication was clear and consistent throughout my time there. Expectations were well‑defined, and I always knew where to go if I had questions or needed guidance. My coworkers were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, which made collaboration smooth and enjoyable. Arrow also has a strong support system in place for interns, which helped create an environment where learning and growth were encouraged. Overall, Arrow Electronics provided a well‑structured and professional internship experience, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to have been part of the team. I would recommend Arrow to students looking for a solid and supportive internship environment.

      Inconvénients

      I truly cannot think of much other than IT related hurdles which slowed down progress on my projects initially.
