      Collega’s, verzorgde werkomgeving en firmawagen.

      Inconvénients

      Luisteren naar het personeel en hen laten meedenken. Soms gaat de helikopterview bij het beleid verloren en input van het personeel kan dan nuttig zijn. Het is dan wel aan de directie om te beslissen om er al dan niet iets mee te doen. Dit enkel ervaren als kritiek als je pijnpunten op de werkvloer aankaart of werkpunten in de relatie met klanten is een spijtige zaak.

      Hybrid schedule. In office twice a week

      Inconvénients

      They didn’t have me do anything the last couple months of my contract. I would literally sit there the entire 8 hours doing nothing
