      Avantages

      Very friendly environment in a peaceful research building inside University, location is great. Employees are very friendly and skills diverse from artiest designer to software developer. Learn a lot during my internship as a mobile app tester. Schedules are flexible , monthly company meeting with free lunch provided , everyone gets a chance to share the ideas.

      Inconvénients

      There was a time that we had no project manager, instead, every employee reports to the owner daily in email. This is in my option not a good practice for a software development team, not at all.

      Avantages

      Good location, taxes are low. Affordable to live near the beach if you look around enough. Healthcare software is a great industry with plenty of niche markets with growth opportunity.

      Inconvénients

      Does a daily to do list email sound like the the best way to manage a complex software project? Thats what you can look forward to here. Employees will be judged mostly on how much work they put into their daily to-do list emails. If you learn to use the strike through command to indicate completed tasks you will be treated like a wizard. If you spend too long here your skills will stagnate as they do not have a modern process or training. You will have to learn on your own outside work to keep up with the rest of the world.
