Really appreciate this invaluable feedback! And I couldn't agree more, this place is full of really caring, friendly people. In regards to your comments around transparency, I like to think this is an area, compared to most companies, that we do really well. But it's clear, we need to keep working on that. With us being an employee-owned company, we think doing things like sharing our monthly financial reporting, readouts from the weekly VI calls going to each team member, etc. is important. If you feel as though there are decisions being made that you'd want to know more about, please do reach out!
