      Avantages

      A good place to make freinds.

      Inconvénients

      This company represents a catastrophic failure of management. It displays contempt towards it's own staff. The CEO is an aggressive bully. HR also abuses staff. Salaries are very low. Poor mental health is a problem. Very high staff turnover. If you try to leave after the probation period you will be threatened with legal action and be forced to pay large sums of money. A very toxic environment. No duty of care. Shocking that this happens in the EU.

      Avantages

      A great diversity of people that share a common passion for the industry. Most of the people working there share common interests and soon enough become friends.

      Inconvénients

      Long working hours can be exhausting.

      Avantages

      The work was never boring and neither were the co-workers. Did a lot of traveling and having the opportunity to experience different cultures and learn many things on the way. It is a great stepping stone in your career.

      Inconvénients

      The management is unable to understand that the employees are their biggest asset. Consequently they do not offer an environment where one could grow and stay with the company.
