      Avantages

      Easy work, no one on your back usually. Flexible schedule, WFH is fine. Colleagues are great.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of accountability for senior management. Lack of care for their people. Lack of known deadlines and scope for Devs, Lots of band-aid style fixes. No SOPs. No room for advancement. Low raises and pay after 10+ years. Lack of transparency. Reactive fixes instead of proactive.
