Nothing. Very unprofessional and unethical. Willful violator of many labor laws and immigration laws.

This company should be investigated by dept of labor and ICE and USCIS together for their voilations. Stealing American jobs by hiring only non immigrant visa holders from India mostly. Just exploiting them and making huge money from more than 10 year's. They force employees to stay with them and work at client locations for less money with employment agreements. They retaliate with legal notices and other forms when employees leave them to collect money for leaving their company. People on work visas don't know much about local laws and afraid of legal notices and costs associated with them, due to this they pay them money and settle. Be aware and please don't fall into their trap. I doubt they did pay check protection or PPE or other type of covid related loan scam.
