My experience as an AI Intern at Costa Cloud has been extremely valuable and growth-oriented. The company provides a collaborative environment where learning and experimentation are encouraged. I had the opportunity to work on real-world AI and cloud-based projects, which helped me strengthen both my technical and problem-solving skills.

Since the environment encourages learning, sometimes tasks required self-initiative and independent research, which can be challenging for beginners. Being exposed to multiple technologies at once was overwhelming at first, but it ultimately helped me grow faster. Fast-paced project timelines required effective time management and quick learning. As an intern, I sometimes wished for more structured mentorship sessions, but guidance was always available when requested.

Working here over the last 9 months has been both professionally enriching and personally fulfilling. As a hiring executive, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with multiple departments, gaining insight into how the organization functions as a whole. The leadership is approachable and open to ideas, and there is a strong culture of collaboration and respect. Tools and resources for recruitment are modern and efficient, making it easier to focus on strategic hiring rather than just transactional tasks. One of the standout aspects for me was being recognized and rewarded for my efforts within the first few months of joining. It truly motivated me and reaffirmed that the company values initiative and performance.
