7yThank you for your review. Applied Tech always welcomes opportunities to improve and encourages open discussion with current and former employees. When it comes to topics like workload and turnover, we strive for the right mix between providing challenges for employees where they can learn and grow daily but also opportunities for them to lead a fulfilling life outside of work.
Employee retention is important to us, and turnover is something we strive to keep at a minimum however, it is not always possible to avoid. Our turnover is lower than your estimation, and less than the industry standards in our current labor market. However, we acknowledge there is always room for improvement.
For caseload, we are proud of the approach we have developed over the years where we have many levels within our support team that can assist on a ticket and believe we have found a healthy approach to handling the needs of our clients.
In the end, though, your review is most important to us because it helps us understand that we haven't done everything we can to support our employees.
