Avantages

Baseline non-management co-workers, 9/80 (every other Friday off), medical and dental benefits, community service programs, work out facility, parking...plus this is making wrote 20 words...really I would have stopped at community service programs.

Inconvénients

CEO/President, poor upper management, lack of transparency, dishonest communication, favoritism and promotions towards family related employees, upper management not very friendly and you cannot trust human resources.

Very high turnover, inconsistent policies, rolling back flexible work programs to micromanage employees, don't like to promote from within
