      Avantages

      Long standing company run by CEO and COO that are highly ethical. Strong upper management team and highly skilled workforce.

      Inconvénients

      A "con" doesn't stand out. Everyone and every company has room for improvement though. The company places effort on expanding and improving quality programs which has further strengthened Upper Management, Leaders and Employees in the process.

      Avantages

      Managment at the company is fantastic. They are always straight forward to what is happening. They don't micro manage you. Honeslty a great company to work for. This is the best company that I have had the priviledge to wor for.

      Inconvénients

      The job is/was contract based, Contracts have end dates. I wish the contract could continue for another 20 years.
