      Poor leadership, direct staff are underappreciated and undertrained leading to lack of motivation, turnover, no consistency for policies and procedures, lack of professional development, lack of support, lack of structure

      Avantages

      Family friendly environment, lots of collaboration, lots of support and professional development, Staff is happy and great culture, team really works together to make a difference in the lives of these children

      Inconvénients

      Offers a lot of benefits but there is no 401K

      Avantages

      Great clients and staff within clinic!

      Inconvénients

      Upper management constantly micromanaging or going completely ghost. No accountability, no boundaries. Started new cases without having staff for current cases. Overall an unorganized mess.
