      Colleagues arent all too bad

      Inconvénients

      - Do not pay correct commission - Senior management are not aware of the needs of their staff - Do not offer training, regular one to ones. - No career Growth - Sack staff without any warnings or time to improve - exploit experienced recruiters to work for them and build a desk to then sack them randomly (shocking examples in this company)
