Avantages
Sales manager is very passionate, supportive and caring and you do have the opportunity to earn commission off of meetings being st so if your team leads isn't closing, there is still some earning potential. Most of the SDRs are so nice and there's massive opportunity to make some long lasting relationships with the wider team.
Inconvénients
A lot of the team leads aren't trained enough on the prpduct or don't have enough experience with managing a team. Some of them aren't bothered about anyone but their friends, even if they're on a different team. A couple account managers are just plain rude and dismissive to their team which is a shame as the senior managers are actually really nice. There's a lot of favouritism and because the product is so niche, it really limits the market so is a really hard sell. The SDRs are pitted against each other in terms of data, rewards, etc.
