Avantages
They have paid for state licensing and training, They paid me hourly while doing that.
Inconvénients
2 weeks into company training and I’m worried. The training team seems over worked, under appreciated, and micromanaged to a pulp. When you’re new to a company this large you would expect that welcoming new employee excitement, fun and exhilarating training, and management that comes into training almost overacting about how this is the best job at the best company. You couldn’t be anywhere better. This is a sales a job and you can make so much money! Yeah none of that. Constant use of “fake it til you make it”, a trainer that states working in a brick and mortar agency is way better than working in a call center which this is, and over sharing/over acting to keep people engaged just feels fake like they are pandering to you. Every person that has come by the training, described to us as important or of management is some way, has been flat. Each one has been depressing and gave me the feeling they were there only because they had to be.
