      Avantages

      Small company that provides a good jumping off point in the lab industry. No corporate tape to cut through, overall a good place to work!

      Inconvénients

      Salaries are lower than competing labs, overtime is expected on a weekly basis to complete the assigned tasks. No room for advancement.

      Avantages

      Coworkers are great. Relaxed environment. Monday thru Friday operation. Great first job to get lab experience.

      Inconvénients

      Can't really move up because the owners sons are the lab managers.

      Avantages

      Like others said, it's a good stepping stone for someone just entering the field. They'll hire almost anybody, so if you put in the work, there will be a lot of new things on your resume. Plenty of overtime to make up for the low pay. Just requires you to have no life

      Inconvénients

      Low. Pay. You could make as much slinging boxes for Amazon... Small company culture means no real HR dept, which can be a real problem when most of the managers are either personal friend or kin to the owner. Little room for advancement.
