      Friendly crew members, flexible boss

      Inconvénients

      No pay if you go over contract times. Must have superior time management skills. Crew members like to call in sick frequently, making for long shifts.

      Avantages

      Clear & concise jobs & what needs to be done most of the time, trained until prepared to work on your own, if youre upfront about your needs with schedule, then it can usually be met. Company is willing to compromise & make things run as smoothly as possible for us.

      Inconvénients

      Short staffed at times, if vacuumes break, it takes a while to be fixed, & only a limited amount of the newer sharks, not everyone has the newer one.
