      Amdocs is an excellent organization to work with. A lot of learning opportunities and when working with the Israel team you literally technically grow. You have numerous opportunities and great company to work

      I personally had a great journey with Amdocs so I can't anything here. I love the culture and cherish everything here.

      Avantages

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Inconvénients

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
