      Avantages

      Amdocs lost the best reason to work with, it is filled with full of idiots who does not understand how technology works

      Inconvénients

      very old managers esp Indian team, because of them GL's and team members suffers, as they do not know the technology they play lot of politics to sustain their position, HR is like a trash bin they never care about employees. if someone planning to join means killing ones career

      Avantages

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Inconvénients

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
