Bias for action culture that promotes experimenting to find the best solutions to problems. Great place if you are a fresh-out with interest in leading edge robotics solutions.
Inconvénients
Departments tend to work in silos because of fast moving environment creating communication challenges. Plan on spending lots of time in meetings and keeping updated with other department progress.
