Inconvénients
While the company organizes great events like workation and holiday dinners, I sometimes wished for more casual, day-to-day interactions with colleagues. They intentionally keep informal meetups organic and employee-driven, which makes sense, but it would be nice to see more people take the initiative to connect outside of structured events.
