      Great training, good hours, young crowd, free food Monday's and Wednesday's. year round school but a lot of vacation time

      There's not many cons, most pros outweigh the cons. A lot of standing, most of the day you are on your feet

      - strong opportunities for professional development - highly structured

      Inconvénients

      - high workload - low salary - administration is fixated on audits, but doesn’t understand the real world impact of programs. Out of touch. - “blame game” is played when behaviors occur, or when things go wrong - CEO has little tolerance for behaviors that are loud/disruptive to the “perfect clinic setting”
